CornerBeacon ("CornerBeacon," "we," "us") is a remote-first AI consulting and development studio serving small, local, and industrial businesses across the United States. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit a form, request an audit, ask for a report, or email us, we collect your name, business name, email, phone (if provided), industry, and whatever you tell us about your business.
• Scheduling information. If you book a call, our calendar provider collects the details needed to schedule and remind you of the meeting.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host records standard server logs (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and reliable.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to respond to your request, prepare your audit or custom report, schedule and conduct calls, deliver and support the work you hire us to do, and send occasional updates you've opted into. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Forms, scheduling, and email

Form submissions on this site are processed by our website host's form service and delivered to us by email at hello@cornerbeacon.com. Bookings are handled through our scheduling provider. These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Customer and lead data we process for clients

When we build and operate AI tools for a business — such as an AI receptionist, follow-up automation, or a digital logbook — those tools may process that business's customer, lead, or operational data (for example, call details, contact information, appointments, or facility readings). In that role we act as a service provider to our client:

• We process that data only to deliver and support the agreed services.
• We keep it private to that client's business and do not use it for unrelated purposes.
• We do not use customer data to train public, third-party AI models.
• The client owns their data and can request export or deletion.

AI providers and subprocessors

We build on enterprise-grade infrastructure and AI providers. We choose vendors that offer business/enterprise terms designed to keep your data private and out of public model training, and we configure them accordingly. We'll identify the key providers used in your project in your proposal or agreement, and can provide a current list on request.

Cookies and analytics

This site is intentionally lightweight. We use only the cookies needed to serve the site and any privacy-respecting analytics required to understand traffic. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Data sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (hosting, forms, scheduling, email, and the AI/automation platforms used in your project), or when required by law. We never sell your data.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your and your customers' data seriously and will tell you exactly how a given project handles it.

Retention

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time. To make a request, email hello@cornerbeacon.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA; we honor those requests.

Children

Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be noted on this page.
